What information do we collect

• Account information: Nicknames and emails filled out during registration, as well as passwords processed by one-way hashing.
• Game data: Completed puzzles, time taken, accuracy, rankings, scores, and achievements, which are the basis for the leaderboard and achievements features.
• Guest identifier: A random identifier used to distinguish between different visitors when not logged in, which does not point to any real identity information.
• Server logs: Regular access logs recorded for security and troubleshooting (such as request addresses, timestamps, status codes).
• Content you actively submit: Questions, comments, and requests sent through the 'Contact Us' form, as well as chat messages in multi-person rooms.

Why do we use this information

The above information is only used for three purposes: providing core features (games, leaderboards, achievements, social), ensuring account and service security, and responding to your correspondence and improving content and experience.

We will not sell your personal information to any third party. If the page displays third-party ads, the ad platform can only receive aggregated information needed for targeting (such as Cookie identifiers, page addresses), not your nickname, email, or other directly identifiable fields.

Publicly visible content

Leaderboards, achievements, and follow relationships are social features: your name will appear in the leaderboards and related lists using your nickname (or guest display name). If you do not wish to be identified, please use a nickname that does not contain real information, or log out of your account (your scores will be retained, and the display name will be anonymized).

Information sharing and disclosure

Aside from essential service providers for operations (who only access data within the minimal scope necessary to fulfill their function), we only disclose relevant information when legally required or requested by authorized authorities.

Storage and security

Passwords are stored in irreversible hash form, and no one (including us) can reverse them to plain text; sensitive interfaces such as login, registration, and message submission are rate-limited; server logs and backups are access-controlled.

We will take common technical measures to protect data, but internet transmission cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials secure and do not stay logged in on public devices.

Storage duration

Account and game records are retained during the service's duration; messages are cleared as needed after being used for responses and improvements; server logs are retained for short-term rolling periods, only for security audits and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can view and correct your information, change your password, or log out of your account at any time in the member center. If you wish for us to delete a specific message or piece of data, please inform us through the 'Contact Us' page and provide the corresponding email address so we can locate the record.

Children's privacy and policy updates

This site does not collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a minor visitor, please use this site under the guidance of a guardian.
